Founded and Produced by OCUBO, LUMINA Light Festival 2013 presented 25 international and national light installations, video mapping, sculptures and performances transforming the town of Cascais into a giant light art gallery. A free public event that during 3 nights attracted more than 500.000 people to enjoy the monuments, gardens and other public places transformed by light.
